Pair of baroque busts of St Peter and St Paul
Limewood, minim. Remains of old paint, originally painted polished white, usual for the time. Lower arms missing. Collar and nose partially damaged; plinth probably later. H. 50 - 52 cm.
Cf. St Paul, c. 1700 in the parish church of St Peter and St Paul in Mulfingen (Hohenlohe district), Simprechtshausen and also St Paul, c. 1732, in the Catholic parish church of St Peter and St Paul in Laupheim.
