SUITE OF TWO PIECES in porcelain and underglaze cobalt blue enamels, comprising a "danping" vase decorated with seascapes, the opening rimmed with silvered metal; and a "guan" jar decorated, on a crackled background, with blossoming chrysanthemum flowers, the rim of the neck decorated with a frieze of petals. (Firing defects, scratches, cracks, the neck of the long-necked vase cut off). China, Qing dynasty (1644-1912), 18th-19th centuries.
