Provenance: Doctor Roland SZERSNOVICZ (first name Igor), surgeon in the French Navy, having served on board the Jeanne d'Arc (1978-1979 campaign), the Foch, the Clemenceau and in various theatres of operation around the world. In particular, he performed an emergency caesarean section in Polynesia aboard the Jeanne, saving a woman and her child, named Igor in his honour. These mouth pats bear witness to his exceptional career in the service of the French Navy.
