Superb choker necklace in brushed and polished 18k (750 thousandths) yellow gold. The perfectly fitting lamellar mesh is hollowed out in the centre and is brushed and engraved with lines. The sides are edged with smooth engraved gold. The centre and each side are adorned with foliage elements punctuated with diamonds.
