Print, chuban tate-e, a young man cleans the sandal of a young woman encumbered by snow. Signed Suzuki Harunobu ga. Circa 1768 (Minor restoration).

The poem at the top of the print echoes the illustration of the inconvenience caused by the snow: "Even today, the street is barely passable; if it snowed tomorrow, we couldn't expect it to come".
