Shaker snuffbox In carved corozo Decorated with a violinist sitting on a rock next to a tree. Another scene shows the same man, seated next to a spade stuck in the ground, in front of a village. The end is decorated with a leafy finial. The other end is carved with a fabulous animal, mouth open. A small twisted suspension ring. An eye made of a yellow seed pearl fixed on a metal lens. 19th century Height: 8 cm One eye and the stopper are missing and have been restored.
