BAROQUE-STYLE CENTRE TABLE In marquetry of polychrome marbles and hard stones, the top decorated in the centre with an onyx medallion surrounded by a frieze of alabaster and Sicilian jasper and foliage in yellow Sienna, rosso antico or onyx marble on a black marble base, the spandrels with military trophies in Belgian black marble, Spanish brocatelle and large antique marble reserves, the border in Sarancolin marble, resting on a blackened and partly gilded wooden base, the turned legs joined by a brace.
