Dimensions: H: 39.5 ; D: 30 cm Charlotte Perriand (1903-1999) was a French architect and designer. After studying at the lŐUnion Centrale des Arts Dcoratifs in Paris, she founded her own interior design company. She worked with Le Corbusier and Pierre Jeanneret in Paris in the 1920s, as an associate in charge of fittings and furniture. This experience enabled him to consolidate his technical skills, knowledge and references and to create his own style, marked by a fresh impetus and a modern awareness of design. Throughout her career, Charlotte Perriand worked with some of the greatest names in design. In particular, she joined the Galerie Steph Simon with Jean Prouv and worked with Serge Mouille, Francis Jourdain, Raymond Templier and Eileen Gray.
