In the 1930s, Hiroaki collaborated with the confidential publishing house Fusui Gabō on a number of prints, ranging from nudes in the style of Hashiguchi Goyō's bijin to landscapes such as these examples. The blocks for both versions of Ashitakayama fumoto were engraved by Takano Shichinosuke and printed by Ono Tomisaburō.
