TANG DYNASTY TERRACOTTA POLO RIDER - TL TESTED Ca. AD 618 - 907. A terracotta polo rider depicted mid-gallop, mounted on a dynamically posed horse with outstretched legs. Hair tied in high buns, and with detailed expressive facial features . The horse is well-muscled, with a bridle, saddle, and saddle cloth visible beneath the riders.
