Tablecloth embroidered with a coat of arms, Second Empire period, black wool twill embroidered with multicoloured wool using chain stitch, enhanced with silk and gold thread in guipure. Decorated with a rosette featuring cannons, a sabre, trumpets and standards arranged in the centre within a border of radiating flowers. Lined, (some damage), 125 x 134 cm.
