Print, dai oban tate-e, Keshō (化粧), Make-up. Signed Kotondo ga and artist's stamp. Publisher Kawaguchi. Dated the summer of Showa 5 (1930). Grey micaceous background. Numbered on the reverse 201/350, limited edition.
Size 46 x 29.6 cm
There is an earlier version of this print, also published by Kawaguchi. The model is shown wearing a pink kimono and kneeling on a purple cushion (zabuton).
