The two hip pockets are not closed at the bottom. Closes with 7 grey infantry officer type buttons, all present. On the reverse of the sleeves on each side is the rank of second lieutenant. On the collar, two e tabs, horizon blue cloth with number 28 in gold canetille and soutaches, heavy wear. There are two holes for attaching a medal. Moth holes, notably at the bottom of the jacket and sleeves, and on the back. Some repairs, some seams to be revised on the back. Collar tabs in horizon-blue cloth with gilt cannetille "28" numerals and piping, heavily worn. Two loops for medal suspension. Several moth holes, notably at lower hem, sleeves, and back. Some repairs and seams to be reinforced at the back.
