Hussars lieutenant's uniform consisting of a "Saumur" képi in greige cloth with sky-blue headband (no number), silver rank brackets, sky-blue cloth tunic with straight collar (tabs missing), fastened at front by 9 silver-plated bell buttons, silver-plated braid spearhead brackets, light-blue combed cotton lining, madder-coloured cloth breeches with sky-blue side stripes and piping.
