A cousin of the "Couscous" model, the "Pelouse" bracelet was created by Van Cleef & Arpels in the late 1940s and evokes the plant theme so dear to the Parisian house. Available in diamonds, rubies, sapphires and emeralds, it also comes in a range of different sizes. The flexibility of this model and the choice of stones of admirable quality bear witness to the taste for colourful associations that continued from the 1950s to the 1970s.
