VASE Hemispherical in shape, the body is decorated with chaotic waves, similar to the vase in the Jiroft Museum (fig.1) (Hesari & Piran 1384/2005: 11, 9990). This particular decoration demonstrates the theory of an iconography centred on the myth of the flood, a legacy of the strong interactions between the royal courts of Mesopotamia and Bactria.
