GLAZED EARTHENWARE PLASTIC VASE
Levantine art, Late Bronze III, 1200-1150 BC
A rare moulded and glazed beaker with a flared foot, decorated in relief with a female face, her hair spread on either side of a median parting, with a heart-shaped lock escaping from the forehead and temples.
Restoration work.

Provenance: Former Parisian collection of Mr and Mrs L.R., assembled between 1950 and 1970, then by descent.
