Decorated with Hui motifs in relief, the lid is engraved with the four Chinese characters Qidaigong Dou 齐太公豆 and Xian 弦纹 motifs. The foot is decorated with stylised clouds and Hui 回纹 motifs and is signed Daqingguangxunianzhi under the base.
