Veena from South India called Sarasvati Veena. Made in the early 20th century. Dragon-shaped head with polychrome gold and red decoration. The instrument is made of jackfruit wood, richly decorated with cellulose-based vegetable plastic inlays in red, black and green. Equipped with a second resonance box in gilded metal. Length 125 cm, width approx. 38 cm, depth 35 cm Mismatched pegs, frets and fret holders missing, side bridge of main bridge missing.
