Gr. in-8 (25,7 x 16,6 cm), leaves, cover and spine in two states (in green for the special edition for "Les XX" and in yellow for the normal edition), publisher's folder and slipcase, red half-maroquin slipcase (Honegger). First edition. The society "Les XX" was founded in 1897 by Pierre Dauze. One of its aims was to publish unpublished posthumous works by famous authors for its members. Special limited edition of 20 numbered copies reprinted in in-8 format on Arches vellum for bibliophiles of the "Les XX" society, this one No. 8. Copy of the special edition for "Les XX" from the library of Henri Fischer. Original cover and slipcase worn and sunned, light foxing to edges. Provenance : Henri Fischer (ex-libris).
