It has many lines of cuneiform split into four columns on the front and the back of the tablet. The Sumerian determinative DINGIR is written, this specifies that the noun following this is a god or a divinity. This tablet has the Sumerian determinative GIŠ, this specifies that the noun following this is a name of a tree, or an implement made out of wood.
