Four sherry glasses from the estate of Friedrich Leopold Prince of Prussia
Colourless crystal glass, cut. Flat disc base with wedge- and olive-cut ground rosette, faceted baluster stem, transverse oval, curved dome, the sides accentuated by staggered olive-cut decoration. Ligature monogram "FL" under a crown in etched gold painting on the front, the lip rims gilded. One glass broken at the stem. H. 12.5 cm.
Friedrich Leopold Prince of Prussia (1865-1931) from the House of Hohenzollern, was a colonel general and was considered the enfant terrible of the ruling family.
