Around a flaming pearl, large dragon, head below and tail curled into a sun beaming above; right: Khài Dinh thông bao "Current currency of Khài Dinh" and left: Van thê vinh lai "All generations will reap the fruit forever"; left and right, clouds. Rv. In Chinese characters, a quatrain: "The precious stone khuyet and cinnabar are transmuted in a thousand years into very pure gold that can be passed on to ten thousand generations. In this way, merit is recognised and virtuous men are highlighted, for wisdom alone is precious". KM - Jewels - - Fr - RSNA 52, p.59 ; Gold - 74,3 g - 56 mm - 12 h With suspension holes at 12 and 6 o'clock. Of exceptional modulus and type with a weight of 2 ounces of gold. The dragon descends to the right. The largest module for Thanh Thai is one ounce (Schroeder 431, with square hole). This example, intended for the King or a high dignitary, has been worn (suspension hole at the bottom) and shows a slightly cleaned appearance. Extremely rare, probably unique! VERY GOOD CONDITION.
