VIKING IRON FIRE STARTER SET Ca. AD 900 - 1100. An iron fire-starter set, including on the left a wrought-iron strike with a trapezoidal openwork frame, together with a compact rectangular block enclosed in a riveted sheet casing, its obverse patterned with rows of raised studs.
