VIKING SILVER CARINATED BRACELET WITH STAMPED TRIANGLES
Ca. AD 900 - 1100. A silver bracelet comprised of a triangular section body with tapering finials and a back open for wearing. The bracelet is adorned with a motif featuring small triangles stamped. For similar see: The British Museum, Museum number 1921,1101.306, 1921,1101.304. Size: 80mm x 73mm; Weight: 52g. Provenance: Property of a London gallery; previously acquired at the art market in Vienna; formerly in an Austrian collection formed prior to 2000.
