VIKING SILVER-GILT QUADRIPARTITE PENDANT Ca. AD 800 - 1100. A silver-gilt pendant of symmetrical quadripartite form with rounded edges and a ribbed suspension loop. The surface is decorated in relief with a dense arrangement of scrollwork and pellet clusters, arranged in four opposing lobes and around a central axis.
