A grey stoneware vinaigrette with rich polychrome decoration in cobalt blue and manganese violet, featuring animals at either end including a prancing horse and birds of prey (birds of prey or crows) and on the other side a roaring lion surrounded by a bird of prey and two birds, decoration in slight relief on the flat bases, two friezes of floral motifs on the body, with a frieze in the centre decorated with medallions of dancing couples preceded by musicians.
