Original paperback (staple binding) with cover title (stained and browned, with small paper flaws, rusting of staples). Very rare first edition of the original edition. - Stammhammer I, p. 22 - E. Bauer was Bruno Bauer's younger brother and took part in the struggles of the March Revolution of 1848 in Berlin. His early work was so inspired by the desire for freedom that Gustav Landauer described the young Edgar Bauer as the man "who actually founded anarchism for Germany". - Title page somewhat stained at the edges, overall (inside) a good copy. This lot is taxed.
