Fachmännisch retuschierte Fehlstellen in der unteren linken Blattkante (roter Druckbereich). Leichte Flecken (?) im oberen grünen Farbbereich. Verso umlaufend mit Papier hinterlegte Blattkante (vor Signatur durch den Künstler). Vereinzelte leichte Wasserflecken. Auf der Rückseite neben der gestempelten Nummerierung befindet sich der Copyrightstempel des Künstlers und des Druckers Styria Studio, Inc., New York. Bei der Übergabe dieser Kunstwerke durch VAN HAM an den Käufer wird dieser zum Importeur und schuldet VAN HAM die Einfuhrumsatzsteuer in Höhe von z.Zt. 7%. So gekennzeichnete Kunstwerke werden differenzbesteuert angeboten. Durch die Weiterberechnung der Einfuhrumsatzsteuer erhöht sich das Aufgeld für die ersten € 250.000 auf 35% und für die darüber hinausgehenden Beträge auf 32%. Two small tears (each 0,5cm) in the upper sheet edge. Creases in the corners as well as one crease in the upper left sheet edge. Professionally retouched loss in the bottom left sheet edge (red printing range). Light stains (?) in the upper green paint range. Verso allround sheet edge backed with paper (before signature by the artist). Occasional light water stains. Verso next to the stamped numbering is the copyright stamp of the artist and the printer Styria Studio, Inc., New York. The sheet belongs to the ten-piece series with the portrait of Mao. When VAN HAM releases such property to the buyer, he/she will become the importer and must pay VAN HAM’s import VAT of currently 7 % to VAN HAM. These lots will be invoiced under the margin scheme. By the recharging of the import sales tax the buyer’s premium increases to 35% for the first € 250,000 and to 32% for the exceeding amount. The import sales tax as such is not separately identified. Upon request immediately after the auction the invoice for these objects can be made out with regular taxation. The value added tax can then entitle to deduct pre-tax or be refunded with an export certificate for a third country.
