The first thing to do is to observe the wine, turning it slightly in the container to admire its consistency and fluidity. Then we study its colour, and what better mirror than yellow gold to reveal the warm colours of the beverage. Then comes the nose. At room temperature, or by heating it slightly and placing the object on the palm of the hand, the smells mingle and slowly reveal the wine's top and middle notes. Finally, it's time for the tasting.
