A subtly observed, anatomically faithful depiction of great liveliness in the observation of the animals' movements, which at the same time impressively reproduces their dynamic power. The group was inspired by the two important French animal sculptors Isidore Jules Bonheur (1827 - 1901) and Pierre Jules Mène (1810 Paris - 1879 ibid.), who created comparable groups.
