First, only and very rare edition with this title of the charming set of finely executed zoological miniatures. - Not a single copy in German libraries traceable to us via the KVK. - Reduced and slightly altered edition of the overview volume (1780) from Riedel's and his pupil Friedrich Kirschner's four-part work "Tabulae regni animalis", here 8 ills. each on 46 plates instead of 16 ills. on 23 plates.
