A WOOD NETSUKE OF KIYOHIME ON THE DOJOJI BELL

Kiyohime in mid-transformation into a dragon, pulling back her long hair as her long tail encircles the bell, peering through a crack in the bell to spy on the priest Anchin within before burning him alive; signed in ukibori characters Tametaka. 3.4cm (1 5/16in) high.
