Entitled "Diférantes bonnes choses pour la cuisine" ("Different good things for the kitchen"), it contains contemporary tricks for removing various stains, bleaching fabrics or polishing parquet floors with horse urine, recipes for syrups, sauces, jams, ratafias, pigeons with basil, candied fruit, vinegar from the four thieves to combat bad air, morels in a stew, etc. Alphabetical table at the end.
