2 CV AZA, 1st registered on 16/05/1963, registration number 485 DU 10, collector's registration, serial number 1362726, 6 volts, original ENAC equipment, 58980 km certified, 2nd hand. The first owner was a lady from Romilly (10) who used it to go to the wash and do her shopping. The current owner bought it at the end of 1999. It has been completely dismantled by the current owner and protected against corrosion (hollow body). The owner tells us that he refurbished the brake pipes and hoses in 2000 and, subsequently, in 2011, the rear and front brakes (linings and cylinders) were rebuilt. The brake fluid is silicone. He fitted a new battery in 2023 and changed the tyres in 2024. The car runs regularly. The type A 53 engine in place is the 18 HP engine dedicated to the AZA version that appeared in March 1963. Fitted with a centrifugal clutch, this engine is fed by a Solex 28 CBI carburettor with idle brake. The bodywork is clean and painted in the original "Gris Rosé". The front body floors have been repaired with sheet metal. The chassis/platform was replaced many years ago, as it contains the seatbelt anchorage points that appeared in May 1964. The interior contains two bench seats upholstered in Bayadère fabric. The driver's seat is in red fabric, while the other seats are in the original tangerine-coloured fabric. From 1962 onwards, ENAC proposed an ingenious layout transforming the boot into a tailgate, with the installation of a flat floor panel over the entire rear of the passenger compartment and a folding rear bench seat. The spare tyre, usually stored flat in the boot, is now installed under the bonnet, on a tubular support hinged to the bulkhead. This support can be lifted to gain access to the powertrain.
