The first owner was a butcher from Marcilly le Hayer (Aube, 10) who used it for his work. The 2nd owner could be the son of the current owner, who bought it from him in 1994. This van, with its original small body and smooth sides, is in its original condition. Fitted with the A 79/0 engine from the Dyane, type AYAM, it has a Solex 32 PICS carburettor and a conventional mechanical clutch. The cylinder head covers are made of pressed sheet metal, as on all 2CVs since March 1969. The owner tells us that he has changed the suspension pots, as well as the brake pipes, linings and cylinders (front and rear). The front floorboards have been repaired using sheet metal inserts.
