Arnaud Lallement Framed chef's jacket Arnaud Lallement has always had a passion for cooking. He studied at the Strasbourg hotel school before perfecting his art with renowned chefs such as Roger Vergé and Michel Guérard. In 2000, aged just 26, he took charge of the kitchens at 'L'Assiette Champenoise' in Tinqueux, a restaurant that he made shine by recovering his father's lost star in 2001. Under his leadership, the restaurant was awarded a second star in 2005, followed by the prestigious third Michelin star in 2014. Arnaud was also recognised as Cook of the Year by the Gault et Millau guide in 2013. His cooking style is characterised by a creative and modern approach, highlighting local and seasonal produce.
