Head-portrait of a Maharaja who reigned in Bombay and was probably part of a royal palace decoration. This magnificent portrait illustrates the nobility of the character and is annotated Bombay on the back.
Early 20th century.
Height: 25 cm. Width: 19 cm.
Minor accidents and missing pieces.
Note: The city's official name was changed from Bombay to Mumbai in 1995.
