COLLECTION OF GREEK BLACK GLAZE VESSELS. Ca. 450 - 350 BC. A pair of black-glazed vessels comprising a ribbed oinochoe and a shallow dish. The oinochoe has a trefoil mouth, tall neck, and single handle, with the globular body decorated with vertical fluting. The shallow dish has a broad, open profile and stands on a ring foot. Its interior is centred by a stamped rosette encircled by radiating palmettes. For similar see: The British Museum, Museum number 1856,1226.132.
