COLLECTION OF ROMAN GLASS UNGUENTARIA. Ca. AD 200 - 400. A collection of five glass unguentaria. The first has a cylindrical neck and a wide, flat rim above an apple-shaped body. The second features a tubular neck with a broad rim and a compact drop-shaped body. The third is piriform, with a tall neck and a slightly flared rim. The fourth has a short neck above a squat, rounded body. The fifth displays a short neck rising from a well-defined pear-shaped base. For similar see: C. S.
