Handwritten collection of spirits and liqueurs: anisettes, alkermès, arquebuse, chartreuses, curaçao, china-china, cassis, elixirs, eau verte des îles, eaux-de-vie, génépi, mezenc, marasquin, punch, raspail, rosolio, vespetro, vermouth, etc. pp. 7-12 and 35-38 have been removed from the volume, as have several blank leaves between the last recipe (p. 85) and the alphabetical table (p. 167); a few leaves have been loosened.
