EARLY GREEK / BRONZE AGE BRONZE SWORD. Ca. 900 - 800 BC. A cast bronze sword with a long blade tapering to a sharp point. A pronounced central midrib runs along the length, flanked by two narrow ribs extending nearly to the tip. The blade is widest just above the tang, which is short and rectangular in section.
