EGYPTIAN ALABASTER VOTIVE VESSEL.
Old Kingdom, Ca. 2900 - 2200 BC.
An alabaster vessel rising from a flat base, with a broad rounded shoulder leading to a short, narrow rim. The surface is smooth, displaying a pale beige tone with subtle veining throughout.
