EGYPTIAN BRECCIA STONE VESSEL. Old Kingdom, Ca. 2900 - 2240 BC. A vessel carved from breccia with a distinct variegated upper section marked by reddish and cream-coloured inclusions, transitioning to a lighter, beige-toned lower body. The form consists of a tapering oblong profile with a narrow, flat base, a rounded shoulder, and an annular lip with a flattened rim.
