EGYPTIAN WOODEN MUMMY MASK. New Kingdom, Ca. 1550 - 1069 BC. A wooden mummy mask with a narrow face, prominent chin, straight nose, wide lips, and recessed eye sockets beneath high-modelled brows. The elongated forehead rises into a tall, vertical headdress with rounded corners, pierced at intervals along the sides.
