Emmanuel Renaut Framed chef's jacket Emmanuel Renaut, a talented and renowned chef, trained in prestigious establishments such as the Hotel Le Lotti and the Auberge de l'Eridan under Marc Veyrat. In 1997, he moved to Megève, where he opened his restaurant "Flocons de sel", initially in a former pizzeria, which he renovated in 2008 in a 19th-century farmhouse. Renaut was crowned Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2004 and received his first Michelin star in 2001, followed by a second in 2007 and a third in 2012. In 2012, he was voted "Chef of the Year" by his peers, marking his influence in the world of gastronomy. His cooking style is characterised by an innovative approach to the Savoyard terroir, where he highlights local produce with subtlety and creativity.
