It is decorated with a charming frontispiece depicting a gourmand shopping, drawn and engraved by Rouargue. This edition came off the presses of the famous printing works where the novelist ruined himself. Handwritten bookplate by Emile Biais. A good copy, with minor spotting and worm damage to one hinge.
