ROMAN BRONZE STATUETTE OF APOLLO. Ca. AD 100 - 200 . A bronze statuette of Apollo, likely based on a Hellenistic prototype. He has a long, attenuated body and youthful, almost effeminate curves. The god is depicted nude, standing on a thin rectangular integral plinth. His weight is on his right leg, his left leg bent at the knee with the heel lifted.
