ROMAN HIGH KARAT GOLD RING WITH CARNELIAN INTAGLIO DEPICTING A BUCOLIC SCENE. Ca. AD 50 - 200. A carnelian intaglio engraved with a bucolic scene showing a reclining goat beneath a tree with incised branches and foliage.
