A circular mosaic panel with a central depiction of a male theatrical mask rendered in polychrome tesserae in shades of red, brown, beige, and black. The face is framed by a stylised headdress with defined folds extending over the forehead and sides, outlined in darker tesserae. The background is filled with densely set red tesserae bordered by concentric rings in black, cream, and ochre, set into a circular support. Set in a modern frame. Size: 600mm x 600mm; Weight: 5.3kg Provenance: Private London collection; previously acquired from a Belgian collection (1980s-1990s).
